7 chakras and Maslow's hierarchy of needs

Maslow's hierarchy of needs was proposed by Abraham Maslow in 1943 describing the stages of growth in humans. This is used in management science and psychology. The same with far more advanced development stages has been proposed way back in  11th century AD as 7 Chakras . The relation between the two theories are depicted in the below diagram.

How to get over when your worried

Worries are part of our life. We often worry and get into depression and feel helpless.Yesterday I was worried and did not know the exact reason I was worried ;). Did not know how to get over it. I tried few things to get over it. 1) Share : Tell to someone how u feel and you would get some clarity on what is the actual reason you are worried and sharing helps reducing your worries. 2) Fast : When you are worried you are most likely that you are not hungry. Worry and hunger do not go together. So when you are worried just fast untill you are extremely hungry. When you are hungry you are no longer worried and now eat well. 3) Sleep : When worried often you don't get sleep. But it is important to just lye down and run over your thoughts. Rest for 8 hours and the hours you slept deeply in this period is not important. The above steps helped me get over my unknown worry. And I'm happy now :)

Don't give room for hate

Hate is a strong feeling that blocks you from all the happiness around. There could be many things that you have in life like people, jobs, habits, music and movies etc. Hating some thing is bad if that degrades you.For example if you hate a person, all the actions of the person irritates you and you get disturbed. There is saying in Tamil which translates roughly to "No one can do harm or good to you except yourself".  We let the other person control our emotions and importantly that person has no value in your perception. If you hate someone you can forgive them and you will feel much better. All hatred is not bad, is good if it is beneficial to you. Some people hate "Smoking" or a "Food that is allergic" that' good them. Hating less gives you more room for enjoying life. You may also read Tolerance and Understanding.

Imagine ...Imagine Not

Humans are gifted with a special ability of "Imagination/Thinking". This could be one of the significant evolutions that human kind has undergone if Darwin was correct. With Imagination  we can place our self in others shoes and think in their perspective, predict others actions or interpret others actions and intentions. But are we over doing our imagination? May be we should be restrictive about what we imagine. The fear and sorrow is mostly created due to imagination. We should not be reacting emotionally to our imaginations. Mostly we think about people and actions. In sometimes it better not to things that could trouble us. In film "The Last Samurai" the hero imagines the next actions of the opponent and misses his moves. And the Samurai advises him that he should be having any mind when fighting <Quote>. I personally spent lots of glucose in thinking /Imagining so i am trying to be  bit more conservative on it.

Being a bookmark and not a book

I remember a quote of Albert Einstein that "You need not study the things that can be looked up in the log book". This thought has been there in my mind for a long time. I still don't know the full 8th multiplication table by heart. And no wonder that my spellings are poor. Today the greatest log book we have is the google. I believe that you need not learn any things that you can get on a search result on google but all you have the know is "How to search it". Google has a good searching algorithm and it gives relevant search results. But we have to accept the fact that most of the sites are not fully SEO(Searh Engine Optimized). So some times we have to tweak search queries  to get the results you want. Now what we have to really learn is the art of search and have to be creative. You may ask me "Hay i have to pass the exams!!!". The key to learning is understanding and if u have understood it there is no need for study at all. All you have to remember is the bookmarks not the book. And i bet you the you can write more than the book actually has.

Tolerance and Understanding

The key is to accept the fact that we all are humans and we do make mistakes."One love is all we need" are true words. Find some who loves you . This defaults to your parents. As we are humans we don't stop at one. When you find someone offer time and care and enjoy the joy of giving. At hard times you have to distinguish between situation and character.Sometimes situation revels character and if not comfortable with that safely ignore the person. Maybe you want to hate the person , but don't do it as it would affect you more the other so ignore. Tolerance is important in a relation Analyse whether the person is fundamentally has a good character and the situation just projects his as bad person. What you can offer in this situation is 'Time and Space'. After a considerable amount of time you can clearly see weather it was the character or the situation manifested and act accordingly. The love you can't afford to miss is yourself.

Is the world random or deterministic?

This a billion billion dolar question. The real difference between both is just 'Time'. When an event happens is no more random. According the 'Black swarn theory' after an black swarn event the event seems more obvious then ever. So random things are obvious until we figure out. Let me simplify ( may be i complicate it ).
H + 2O -> H2O. When the we did not know this equation the Hydrogen and Oxygen gave us a miracle substance. Later we came to know that it was water the was produced. The it became obvious to us. The is a simple reaction under normal condition. May be at different condition and catalyst it would have reacted differently. But the reaction is no more random. I strongly feel randomness is a deterministic reaction for which we don't know the catalyst and output. May be every thing in the world is determined and it follows a complex reaction chain reaction pattern and fate the we call is the reaction path. People may say "Wat do mean have control of my life" but excuse me this also may be a reaction catalysed by my article
:). You can believe it are not it ur reaction and its determined already.
