There is this inner voice that is continuously steering us. Some say that you need to follow the inner voice to succeed. But often we are misled as this voice is distorted by the noise by the ego. Some time the inner instinct or the true self as some call it is never heard. If you want to be more non judgmental,non attached and blissful you can listen to your inner voice. There are few ways to identify and instinct from the ego.
Ego is the survival instinct. Its is formed basically how others think of you. Is is the cause of the preservation of identity. Ego feeds on anxiety ,fear, jealous ,judgement, attachment and resistance. You need to take control over you ego to avoid the state of being helpless.

Once aware it just starts to fade.You need to practice stillness of you mind.Let go, be separate, fight to be superior as these are all ego.Ego feed of need and focus of lack. It convinces you are not enough. Your achievements and the mistakes are just experiences Learn to be in the present. Ego is usually the future or the past.Be mindful of what you are doing.This will make you more happy and content.
